We are a leading fintech company in Noida and are currently hiring for the position of Voice Process Executive. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for 12th pass candidates with a minimum age of 18 years to kickstart their careers in the financial technology sector.

Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests related to our fintech products and services.

- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding financial transactions, account balances, loan applications, and other relevant inquiries.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions.

Requirements :

Minimum educational qualification : 12th pass.

- Fluency in English and/or Hindi is required.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary And Benefits :

Salary range : INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
