Role - Customer Service Voice
Experience - Fresher & experienced both can apply (Must have their own laptop)
Location -Bangalore (HBR Layout)
Budget - For Fresher's - 14000 or 15000.
For Experience - Upto 22000
Age Limit - Max 38 Yrs
Notice Period - Max 30 Days
Work Timings - For Females - Day Shift (7Am to 9Pm Working Window) with rotational week off.
For Male - Rotational shifts / week off
Rounds of interview : 3 Rounds ( Face to Face)
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
2. Polite and customer service oriented
3. Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
4. 6 Days working
5. Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers
6. Fast learners with a passion in Customer Service
7. Fresher with good communication skills can apply
