Job Description :
Roles & Responsibility :
- Handling outgoing Calls
- Providing resolution to Customers on queries.
- Providing product knowledge to the customers
- Process training will be given for freshers by company.
- Candidate should be able to pronounce well.
- Strong Communication, Customer Service attitude and problem solving ability
- Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation
- Good Grammatical and sentence formation skills
- Good vocabulary
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending the written English language
- Attentive listening - able to listen the customer, it will help to solve customer's query
- Candidate should have Patience to resolve complex issues and customer demand within policies
- Negotiation skills and provide effective rebuttals to objections raised by customers/ callers
Skillset & Eligibility criteria :
- Good in English communication skills is a must.

Only Day shift+Attractive Incentive+Hike+Bonus etc..
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
