Job Description :
- Provide support and generate sales-qualified leads via chat
- Build credibility and trust with customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs, and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality/ CSAT
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 6 months to 4 years of customer service experience through chat. Experience in sales/support would be an asset
- Excellent oral and/or written communication skills
- Customer service experience with strong customer focus
- Excellent team player with experience and passion for sales
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience
Salary : 3 Lac + Other Incentives
