Our client is a VC-funded fast-growing startup working in the home improvement and technology space. Our client fulfils the last-mile installation, after-sales service, and warranty for home improvement goods.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
- Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
