Customer Service Role - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
we are hiring Customer Service Representatives - Freshers for Leading Real Estate Company in Job Location- Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. must be fluent in Eng & Kannadaa
Specific Responsibilities:-
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
