Age Criteria : 35 Years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- At least 1 Year of experience in any International Call Center.
- Should have laptop/desktop
Job Role :
- Handling escalations and complex queries.
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Fixed Night Shift : 8 PM - 5 AM
Week Off : Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
