Customer Service Role - Non Technical Voice Process Role (0-4 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required.
- The candidates need to possess excellent communication skills and should be willing to join us immediately . They should be okay to relocate to Hyderabad once the office re-opens.
