Position of Coordinator-Customer Service in Thane Maharashtra in Lab Chemicals Industry
Responsibilities
Accountable for Smooth functioning of Back office Operations .
- Reporting Directly to Managing Partners.
- Handling inquiries from Customers (Telephone/Mail)- Telephonic order Booking from key Corporate accounts
- Sending Quotations to customers
- Back office Support to Sales Team( Resolving Technical Queries/Sending Quotations / follow up on Quotations/Inventory reports)
- Managing inventory /Executing timely dispatches)
- Managing Receivables from customers.
- Placing Orders to Vendors / Principles.
Educational Qualifiction:
BSc/MSc
