Job Title: International Voice Support Representative

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated International Voice Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients, primarily through phone communication. This role requires strong English communication skills and a background in Bioscience Education is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our healthcare products and services.

- Provide accurate and timely information, guidance, and support to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating our online platforms, and accessing relevant resources.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or related field preferred.

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as needed to support international clients across different time zones.
