Customer Service Role - International Voice Process - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Job roles and responsibilities:
1. Inbound Calls to be attended
2. Verify/Confirm the client details.
3. Validate the Marine Product Insured requested as per the form filled up by the client.
4. Verify Documentation of the client.
5. After Verification approved/rejected option to be submitted.
