Customer Service Role - International Voice Process - BPO (1-10 yrs)
Looking for candidates having experience in INTERNATIONAL Voice Process for British Council, Gurgaon
Mandatory - At least 6 months experience of working in an organisation.
Monthly CTC - 32000
Location : Gurgaon
Key Challenges & Accountabilities :
- Spoken English is mandatory
- Fluent in speaking English
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Graduate degree is must
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English
- Good command in English speaking
- Handling foreign customers
- Experience in calling International, US, UK customer on daily basis
- Pick n drop cab facilities
Office timing - 10am to 6pm
