Customer Service Role - International Voice Process (1-9 yrs)

Candidate should welling to relocate Hyderabad
- Work Experience: 1 to 5 yrs only
{Shall have experience in International voice process(Customer Care/Customer Service) preferably from BFSI domain
Salary : Max 7 LPA
- Work mode: Work from office
- Shifts: Shall be flexible with US/ Night shifts
- Interview Process: [All rounds shall be face to face]
- First round- Versant
- Second round- Group discussion
- Third round- Ops round
Followed by HR discussion
- Notice Period: 30 days- 60 days max
(Not beyond 60 days)
Essential Skills/Experience :
- Relevant work experience in International voice process Customer Care/ Customer service from Banking/Financial Services domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Geographical regions being serviced could range across (UK/US/Middle East etc.)
- Good number of calls handled per day(minimum 30 to 40)
