Skills - Exp in international voice process and upselling, excellent communication skills
Qualification - Graduate - Any Stream
Eligibility : Any graduate with 6 months-1 year of relevant experience in international voice process and upselling.
Key responsibilities :
1. Introducing and explaining or upselling the products or services offered by the company.
2. Building rapport with customers and addressing their queries or concerns.
3. Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.
4. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company.
5. Providing feedback to the sales or marketing team on customer responses and preferences.
6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
