This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service position located in Thiruvananthapuram. The International Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications :
- Excellent customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in providing positive customer experiences
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the education or technology industry is preferred
