Eligibility :
- Any graduate with 6 months-1 year of relevant experience in international voice process and upselling.
Key responsibilities :
- Introducing and explaining or upselling the products or services offered by the company.
- Building rapport with customers and addressing their queries or concerns.
- Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.
- Providing feedback to the sales or marketing team on customer responses and preferences.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
