Job Details :
- Should have minimum 1 year Experience in International inbound CS process in BPO/Call center.
- Should have excellent verbal & written English
- Handling Inbound Customer Service calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service related information & solutions.
- Must have excellent communications & customer service skills.
- Answer calls professionally and provide best customer service.
- Should be willing to work in Rotational/Night Shift.
NOTE :
- 5 Days working (Should be Flexible with Night Shifts) if work on 6th day will be extra 1 day pay
- Good Salary + medical facilities + Cab (As per location)
- For Self-Commuters - Traveling allowance will be given
