Customer Service Role - International Inbound Process (0-3 yrs)
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
2. Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
3. Must be comfortable in rotational shifts. Cabs will be provided.
Skills required :
