Customer Service Role - Inbound Voice Process - Telecom (1-4 yrs)

Process : Inbound Customer Support (US Voice)
Salary : Rs. 17,000 to 22,000 per month
Shift Timing : 07:00 pm to 4:00 am
Working day s: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Experience : 1 to 4 years in the International voice process.
Qualification : Intermediate or above
Skills :
- Should have excellent communication skills (English).
- Good Interpretation skills.
- US or Neutral Accent.
- Good Telephone etiquette.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in any Voice Support. (Customer Support).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
