The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Assisting customers in solving their queries of financial products.
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Understanding customer requirement and cross selling and up selling the existing products.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- Experience covering Financial Services and Public Sector is strong plus.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
