Profile : Customer Service Representative

Department: Social Media

Number of Openings : 5

Location: Dadar ( Prabhadevi )

Qualification : HSC / Graduate

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service role from any Industry.

- Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shift.

Job Profile :

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Shift Time : 24 X 7 ( Any 9 Hours Shift )

Salary : 3 Lac + Performance-based Incentives
