Customer Service Role - Claim Process (0-1 yrs)
Experience : Minimum 6 Months ( Claims associate preferably or something related to Billing )
6Months - 1 years of experience in non Voice process in medical health care billing
Eligibility criteria : Graduate/ Post - Graduate fresher or experience can apply
- Experience should be from Domestic/ International non Voice background
- Should have excellent communication skills in English
- Should be flexible to Work from office, Night Shifts only
Annual bonus after 1 year if performance was good
Role & Responsibilities :
- The primary task is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
- Must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
- Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
- Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
- Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.

Shift Timings : 5:45 PM to 3:15 AM and 8:45 PM to 6:15 AM
Total Opening :100
Working Days : 5 per week
Cab - Pick up and Drop
Training Completion bonus - 500 (only once)
100% Attendance bonus - 500 (Every Month)
Performance bonus - 500 (Every month but only for top 15% of the team)
Project completion bonus - 3000 (Completion of 5th month - 1000 and 6th month 2000)
