DOMESTIC PROCESS :
- Candidate must have good comm. skills
- Voice process- opening for Flipkart
-WORK FROM HOME---LAPTOP/DESKTOP with LAN BROADBAND WIFI INTERNET is mandatory, Also work from office available.
- Should be ready to join immediately, if shortlisted.
- Freshers may apply as well
- Should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts.
- Candidate should be from Tricity only- CHD, Mohali, Panckula (as of now due to lockdown)
- INTERNATIONAL PROCESS-
- Selection is done as per the communication skills because of international phase.(so comm.skills should be excellent)
- In International process we have chat process for UK clients, So altleast 6months of international chat experirnce into customer role is mandatory.
- Should be ready to join immediately, if shortlisted.
- Should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts.
