Shift - UK shift ( window between 6 am to 2:30 am - 9 Hours shift )

- Required Excellent communication skills & 1 yr of working experience with the International voice process.
Role & Responsibilities :
- As Customer service representative (voice)
- Handling the Inbound calls of UK-based Customers & Resolving their motor car Related issues as well Upselling (If Upgrade or renew the Motor car insurance then you will get more Incentives accordingly).
- Mainly work to handle the queries of Customers.
