Customer Service Role - BPO (1-4 yrs)
- Handle calls from customers or clients & provide them with a solution to their queries.
- He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
- Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
- You must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly.
