- The candidate has to respond to customer complaints professionally.

- The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully with established guidelines The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.

- The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.

- Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites

- Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.

- Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).

- Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Must be a Graduate or Under Graduate with work experience ( No Pursuing Candidate)

- Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Voice or customer support role.

- Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply.

- Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- 100% work from the office

- Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
