Customer Service Role - BPO (0-1 yrs)
This role is responsible for effective customer service, by achieving set targets, helping the customer to buy the right product, handling customer queries effectively, using the product/technical knowledge they possess to companies- benefit in adherence to company norms.
1. Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.
2. Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
3. Handle customer queries effectively.
4. Give tours of facility and provide customer feedback
