Customer Service Role - BPO (0-1 yrs)
We are hiring Freshers for BPO /Voice / Non Voice process for Reliance Jio/Paytm/Snapdeal/Amazon/Flipkart/Airtel/ Vodafone/Shopclues for both domestic and international process.
Responsibilities :
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Candidate must have 0 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).
- Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage
- Should be ready to work either in Day or Night shifts.
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree can also apply.
- Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.
- Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
Skills :
- Should be fluent in English or Hindi
- Should have good communication skills
- Good Command over the language
- Educational requirements for BPO/Voice/ Non Voice process:
- High school or Equivalent
Salary :
10000-14000 plus incentives up to 6000 in domestic BPO
13000-20000 for international BPO
