Customer Service Role - Automobile (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for handle customer complaints, responding to customer requests, interpret customer concerns and comments, scheduling services, estimating time and costs associated with repair.
- Ensure higher productivity standards and a better repair quality.
- Responsible for coordinating with the Floor Supervisor and Technicians in providing the highest customer satisfaction .
- Should have at-least Min 1-3 years experience in automobile dealership.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Should have good experience in customer handling.
