- Good Communication Skills
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Voice
- Should have laptop / desktop
- System required - i3 processor and above, Windows 10 and above, 4 GB RAM and above, Minimum 7 MBPS internet speed.
Job Profile :
- Provided customer service and account management support services
- Handled incoming questions from the clients
- Managed to solve their complaints
- Ensured timely follow up
- Provided feedback of the customers to the management for improving the services
Shift Time : L 8 AM - 9 PM (Any 9 hours shift )
2 Days Off
Salary : 23K CTC
