Customer Service Role (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong desire to help customers.

12th pass
18+ age
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
