Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries related to products/services.
- Provide accurate information and respond to customer questions promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Follow up on customer interactions as needed to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality assurance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
