Job Profile :
- Have to resolve customers query over voice/chat
Education : HSC/Graduate from a Government Recognized University
Age : Should be between 18 to 35 Years
Experience :
- Minimum 6 months of Experience from customer service, Hospitality, international calling experience.
- Telecom/D2H Only if the candidate is good.
Skills :
- Good Communication in the applicable languages (English / Hindi / Marathi)
- Spoken skills for Inbound & Outbound
- Written skills for Email
- Customer Service skills
- 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Versant 5
- Ability to multitask
- Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, etc.,)
Shift :
- Rotational Shift 24- 7 (Male )
- 7 AM to 8 PM (Female) Any 9 hours
- 1 Rotational Week Off
- Pick up/Drop available in between 11 PM to 6AM
