Customer Service Role (0-10 yrs)

Australian Voice Process (Inbound) :
- Customer service for trading services all over Australia
- Responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Key skills include excellent communication, fluency in English, active listening, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.
- Have to handle various channels, such as phone, email, and messaging, to assist customers effectively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Work From Office
Work Location : Science City, Ahmedabad 380060
Work Days : 5 days a week with any 2 days off.
Shift time : 2AM, 3AM, 4AM, 5AM (9 HOURS)
