Job Description!
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is required to log in as a productive employee for the defined time on the system as per business and company requirement
Minimum Skills Requirement
- Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written and Oral)
- Neutral Accent
- Correct Pronunciations of words especially American Names (Male/Female & Cities)
- Proper Sentence constructions/Formation
- Grammatically Correct
- Proper usage of tenses
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Graduate / Under Graduate
- Willing to Work in night shifts
- Should be from home location - Dehradun / Lucknow & Gurgaon
Background Verification
- Should not have any criminal background
- Mandatory to provide PAN Card and Updated Aadhar Card
- Submit all relevant documentation with respect to work experience and academics
Timing - 8:30 pm to 6:30 am
