Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle Incoming requests from the customers on calls
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer need.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate -Fresher/ Experience
- Undergraduate with min 6 months of any
Experience :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
Flexible to work in 24/7 Environment
