Shift : Night/Rotational (Any 9 hrs of shift)

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web.

- Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion.

- Wow, customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism.

- Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 

The basic stuff you will need :

- Superior customer service skills and team work.

- Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience.

- Exceptional written business communication skills.

- Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills.

- College degree preferred; some programs require diploma.

- The passion and drive to make a difference.

- Experience in a service industry such as a BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or another customer service oriented organization preferred.

- Must live in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
