- Addressing Queries through Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
- Handling escalation (RM help-desk).
- Solving queries through inter-department co-ordination.
- Call Monitoring and Sending Quality report and give Feedbacks.
- Giving Training to new Joinees and Refresher training.
- Handling customers letters & Corporate actions through Team.
