We're Hiring Customer Services Executive for an E-commerce Company

Experience: 1yr + Customer Services Voice Experience (preferable From Ecommerce Voice Support Background | BPO Customer Services Voice )

Process: Voice Process (Ecommerce)

Shift Timing: Day Rotational shift

Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 In hand + Incentives

Skill Required: Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skill

Role & Responsibilities :

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries-

- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
