Customer Service Manager - Medical Device (5-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for setting a process and procedures to run a customer service department smoothly.

- Responsible for cross functional team liaison- Queries from customers on marketing details, product & service.

- Responsible for providing customer service to all clients by forming positive relationships with clients

- Responsible to capture information on set parameters i.e the customer Deployment, Surgeon, Hospital and procedure details in the ERP.

- Responsible to address by coordinating and delegating customer issues in a timely manner to ensure high level customer satisfaction. System downloads & MIS Reporting

- Ensure company procedures and safety guidelines are followed

- Conduct all business activities according to applicable State laws, rules and regulations and observe all company policy and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations, company procedures and shared values.
