The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for providing quality customer service through the use of voice technology.
- This position will provide call routing and customer engagement through the use of voice recognition and natural language processing technologies.
- Additionally, this position will provide support for customer interactions through the use of call center automation tools.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
Qualification: PUC or any graduation
- You have at least 0-6 months experience in international callings (freshers are welcome) Telesales role.
- Candidate must have 6 months of experience in International Calling.
- Candidates must be Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Candidates must have convincing skills/International Telemarketing skills.
- Candidate should be able to generate leads through cold calling.
- Candidate should maintain customer Interaction / Relationship.
- Candidates must Achieve the monthly given revenue target.
- Immediate joining.
Shift timing is Monday - Friday ( 8 pm to 5am)
- Candidates must have completed PUC or any graduate
