Customer Service Executive - Food & Beverage (1-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Having sound knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of international Gourmet food would be preferable
- Strong customer orientation approach
- Gained experience in call centres or back office
Desired Candidate Profile
Solely responsible for the orderline / helpline for backend orders
- Coordinating with production and maintaining inventory of available products
- Engaging the customer in a conversation, furthermore suggesting and upselling the various products
