Customer Service Advisor - Gems & Jewellery (1-2 yrs)

- Evening/Night Shift (rotational shift of 8.5 hrs within the window of 6:30 pm to 9:30 am)

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred or else 15-30days notice

- The role will be responsible for sales and driving superlative customer experience

JD : Duties And Responsibilities :

- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers-needs first and continuously enhancing the Customer Service Experience

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated TAT (turn-around-time)

- Be a voice for customers by identifying customer needs, providing customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for those customers

- Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

- Manage appropriate customer follow-up, including corresponding with customers in response to inquiries and/or complaints balancing company and customer interests

- Consult with customers via phone, chat, and email identifying the customers' needs and how our products and services best serve those needs

- Consult with customers to answer jewellery product or process questions to help them make informed buying decisions

- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience

- Drive Sales and Upselling

Required Skills :

- 1-2 years of experience in high-velocity Customer Experience/Customer Delight process

- Diversified exposure in dealing with international customers across the globe is mandatory

- Familiar with CRM systems and working knowledge of Microsoft applications

- Preferred candidates with a basic understanding of eCommerce websites and operations

- Should possess effective written communication and comprehension skills

- Willingness to work in Night Shifts

- Gems/jewellery knowledge is preferred but not mandatory for a fast learner

- Rotational shifts, Rotational offs (No fixed Saturday / Sunday offs)

- Voice, emails, chats, social media (blended process)

- Candidates should have their own vehicle - Company will not provide transport or pickup/home-drops

- Preferred candidates from 5-10 km from SEEPZ (MIDC)
