Hiring for Customer Service Admin _ On a Payroll Of Mynd Solutions.

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Shift Timings: Morning/ Afternoon/ Rotational

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Fixed sat/ sun off)

- Cab Facility provided to certain Locations.

Contract: 1.5 Years (Every 6 months Contract is renewed, based on performance and requirement .)

Job Description:

-We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative who will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers. 

- In this job you will work with customer based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe. This is a complex job that requires excellent communication and organization skills. 

- Your primary responsibility will be creating sales quotes but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle. 

- A clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.

- Responsible for interfacing with internal customers, logistics, service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. 

- Responds to and /or aid Agilent trade customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, parts ordering and assisting the FSEs to deliver onsite services, product/part changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. 

- May be responsible for booking orders and/or processing quotes. Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.

- Order Management; Provides administrative support in the Order fulfilment process. 

- Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and recommends improvements.

- Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.

- Interfaces with sales support, Collections, Credit, Trade & Logistics for resolution of Order to Invoice related issues.

- Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments

- Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment

- Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity

- Should be flexible to work in 24X7 environment Internal Qualification
