Customer Sales Support Role - International Inbound Voice Captive Process - BPO (1-10 yrs)
Role: Customer Sales Support (Inbound - E commerce captive process)
Job Location: Kolkata [Gariahat]
Qualification: Any Graduates (B.Sc/B.Com/B.Tech) or - 10+2-
Experience: Min. 0.6 Months - 10 year into International BPO/Call Center (Must)
Voice Process - Inbound Captive process
Fresher's are also welcome if interested for the above role.
- Must possess strong communication skills- This would be checked while interviewing,
Wipro and all international Voice and Non Voice candidates candidates can apply except Technical support.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
