Customer Sales Representative - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers via inbound or outbound calls in a US process. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services to drive sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or respond to inbound inquiries regarding products or services.
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to identify opportunities for sales.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, including features, pricing, and promotions.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with customers.
- Update customer information in the database following each interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive selling skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
