Roles & Responsibility
1) Handle customer's calls, solve queries. Explain the product to the customer, provide pricing details and obtain the customers basic details
2) Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
3) Qualification minimum 12th Pass and above
4) Good communication skills, should be fluent in English.
5) Basic computer knowledge
6) Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
7) Effective problem-solving skills including decision making
8) Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
9) Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
