Customer Retention
- Interacting with the customers and retain the customers of Hard Lapse bucket
- Understanding the reason for non reinstatement of the policies
- Explaining the product details accurately to the customer, along with analysis of benefits which he would lose on closure.
- Redressing customers query and liaise with other team (customer retention & sales organizations) to give prompt solutions.
- Ensuring complete resolution as promised for retained customers.
- Ensuring correct contact details, email id are updated in our records.
- Maintain record of the interactions had with the customer.
- Timely follow up on case to case basis as required.
- Calling customer for insurance renewal
