Job Description :

- Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call

- Should handle the customers confidently and assertively

- Should be able to communicate in grammatically correct English

- Should be able to understand an comprehend English

- Should be able to speak professional

- Clarity of Speech

- No MTI affecting pronunciation/Understanding

- Process and product awareness

- Industry and domain knowledge

- Customer's centricity

- Should have basic knowledge of operating computer

- Good in Communication & Sales Skills through phone.

- Should have capability for presentation and product proposals to customers to do end to end.

Language : Excellent English communication with regional language like Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Hindi

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : Min 1-2 Years in Outbound Sales

Working Days : 6 Days a Week
