Job Location - Regional / Area Office ( For PCH employee - Karnal Branch & For Rajasthan - Jaipur)
Salary - Rs 4.00 - 4.50 Lacs
Job Description :
1. CRO would be based at Regional /Area offices and would assist RH/AM in driving CCE productivity through tele-calling & CRM Leads.
2. Responsible for managing, retaining and motivating the team to achieve the sales
3. Targets and to deliver quality product and service.
4. Handling customer queries & Complaints regarding Gold Loan & other cross selling products through team.
5. Responsible for managing, retaining and motivating the team to achieve the sales
6. Targets and to deliver quality product and service.
7. Co-ordinate with the CCEs across branches and taking daily business reports & sharing the same with ZH / RH & AM.
8. Training CCEs on Sales Pitch and telecalling & giving special attention to low & weak performing CCE's.
9. Ensuring CRM hygiene is maintained at all times and there are zero pendency.
